Construction of a wooden acoustic panel ZIGZAG Proton 2050
We distinguish two types of construction of acoustic panels - simple and complex.
The first group consists of foam acoustic panels made of polyurethane foam, which are mounted directly on the wall using glue or assembly tape.
The second group of acoustic panels is complex acoustic structures. Decorative acoustic panels ZIGZAG Proton 2050 are made of a wooden box:
front with decorative holes cut out on a CNC milling machine:
frames covered with acoustic fabric:
backs with holes cut or not on which the elements for assembly are placed
The frame covered with acoustic fabric is placed in a wooden box forming a team over which the
RocksLab mineral wool with high density and high absorption coefficient is placed, creating an absorbent
body
Absorbing cartridge in absorbing panels ZIGZAG Proton 2050 is placed at a distance behind the front of the acoustic panel, which significantly increases its acoustic capacity. The components after assembly form an acoustic system with a unique structure and a broadband effect.
